Sizing & Fit
How does Noviee fit?
Our hoodies and tees have an oversized, boxy fit with dropped shoulders. For that intended look, take your usual size. For a more regular fit, size down one.
Where can I find measurements?
Check our Size Guide. Each product page also lists its measurements.
Drops & Restocks
What is an Archive Drop?
Archive Drops are limited, numbered releases. Each piece carries its own serial number, and once the edition sells out it is never made again.
Will you restock a sold-out item?
Pieces from The Base Collection are restocked. Archive Drops are never restocked.
How do I hear about drops first?
Join our email list at the bottom of the page. Subscribers get early access before every drop.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days anywhere in the US.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders over $75 ship free.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best before it ships. Archive Drop orders can't be changed once placed.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
Base Collection items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Archive Drops are final sale. See Returns & Exchanges.
How should I wash my Noviee pieces?
Turn inside out, wash cold, and hang dry. Don't iron directly on prints or embroidery. This keeps colors and prints looking new for longer.
